Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-06-06.4 — the rules of being part of the pack.

Last updated: 2026-06-06.4. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the The Lone Wolf Agency website and the Wolf Hub creator platform ("Wolf Hub", "the Platform"). By registering for or using Wolf Hub you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

The Lone Wolf Agency is a TikTok LIVE creator agency operating from the United Kingdom. Contact: thelonewolf.management@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

Wolf Hub and the agency relationship is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age TikTok requires for LIVE features and monetisation in your country, whichever is higher) to register, to apply to the agency or to use any feature of Wolf Hub. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you own and control the TikTok account you register with. If we discover that an account has been opened by someone under 18 we will remove the account and delete the associated personal data.

3. Registration and approval

When you register you submit your email, a password and the TikTok username you wish to associate with your account. Your account starts in a pending state and only becomes active once an agency administrator approves it after verifying your TikTok account.

We may at our sole discretion approve or reject any registration. Approval into Wolf Hub does not in itself create any guaranteed income, contract of employment, agency-of-record relationship or partnership between you and The Lone Wolf Agency beyond what is explicitly agreed in writing.

4. No guarantee of earnings or acceptance

We make no representations, warranties or guarantees about:

  • whether your application to join the agency will be approved;
  • the amount of diamonds, gifts, followers or earnings you will receive on TikTok LIVE;
  • whether you will qualify for any specific reward, badge or tier — these are based on objective performance figures reported by TikTok and may change at any time;
  • the availability of TikTok LIVE features, monetisation tools or payout schedules, which are controlled by TikTok, not by us.

Any examples, screenshots or testimonials on our marketing pages are illustrative and not a promise of similar results.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens through your account. You must:

  • provide accurate registration information;
  • not share your account with anyone else;
  • only upload a profile picture that you have the right to use and that does not contain illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate content;
  • ensure that any optional profile content you publish (bio, creator niche, languages, LIVE schedule, social / website links and profile banner image) is yours to share, accurate, and free of illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, misleading or otherwise inappropriate content; links must point to your own accounts or sites. These extended profile fields are shown to administrators and to creators you have accepted as friends;
  • understand that friendships in Wolf Hub are mutual — both sides must accept — and that your dashboard's Followers and Following counts therefore reflect the same set of accepted friends. You may hide the list of creators you are friends with from other creators via the “Hide who I follow” setting; this does not remove existing friendships, and administrators retain access for moderation;
  • comply with TikTok's own terms, community guidelines and LIVE policies at all times.

6. Creator statistics

Statistics shown in Wolf Hub (diamonds, LIVE hours, valid days, followers, badges, leaderboard rank) are uploaded by management from TikTok agency reports. We make reasonable efforts to keep this data accurate but figures may lag behind TikTok, may contain errors and may be revised. Wolf Hub statistics are for your information only and are not an official statement of earnings.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • attempt to access another creator's account, stats or profile data;
  • attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or security controls;
  • scrape, copy or redistribute other creators' stats, photos or data from Wolf Hub;
  • upload malware, run automated bots, or otherwise disrupt the Platform.

7a. Pack Chat conduct

Pack Chat is a shared, internal chat room for approved creators. By using Pack Chat you agree that:

  • you are solely responsible for the messages you post;
  • you will not post harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, discrimination, sexual content involving minors, scams, spam, impersonation, or any illegal content;
  • you will not share another creator's private information (including personal contact details, address, earnings or any data taken from the Wolf Hub dashboard) without their explicit permission;
  • you understand that messages are visible to all approved creators and to agency administrators, and that administrators may remove messages, mute your access to Pack Chat, restrict your access, or take further moderation action where necessary to protect the community;
  • you understand that messages and submitted reports may be retained for moderation, operational, security and dispute-resolution purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Continued use of Pack Chat constitutes your ongoing agreement to these rules. Breach of these rules is a breach of these Terms and may lead to suspension or removal under section 8.

8. Suspension and removal

We may suspend, remove or mark your account as no longer active at our discretion, including (without limitation) if you breach these Terms, breach TikTok's policies, behave in a way that damages the agency's reputation, or leave the agency for any reason. Where this happens you will lose access to your Wolf Hub dashboard and to any rewards, badges or progress associated with the account, although your historical record may be kept in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Your right to leave and to be deleted

You can stop using Wolf Hub at any time. Please note that leaving the agency may be subject to TikTok Creator Network procedures and notice periods determined by TikTok.

You can also ask us to delete your personal data by emailing thelonewolf.management@gmail.com. We will action erasure requests in line with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Some records (for example email suppression entries, legal acceptance records and financial / audit data we are required to keep) may be retained where the law allows or requires us to.

10. Intellectual property

The Wolf Hub platform, the The Lone Wolf Agency brand, logos, copy and visual design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reuse or republish them without permission. Content you upload (for example your profile picture) remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it within the agency platform and, where you have opted in, on the public Creator Showcase.

10a. Creator showcase, testimonials and success stories

Once your account is approved, other approved creators can find you in the Wolf Pack directory and friend search by your TikTok username, and may send you a friend request. You can decline any friend request, remove an existing friendship at any time, and — where the Pack directory exposes a visibility setting on your profile — choose not to appear in the directory. None of your private statistics (diamonds, LIVE hours, earnings) are ever shown to other creators through these features.

We will only feature you publicly — in the Creator Showcase, in a testimonial or in a success story — where you have given us explicit consent to use your TikTok username, display name, profile picture and any quoted words. We record the date the consent was given. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing thelonewolf.management@gmail.com, and we will remove the public content within a reasonable period (usually 7 days). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any use made before withdrawal.

11. Third-party services

Wolf Hub depends on third-party services (TikTok, our hosting provider, our email provider). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or behaviour of those third-party services.

12. Liability

Wolf Hub is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, conditions and other terms not expressly set out here. We are not liable to you for any loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, loss of followers, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (for example liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version is shown at the top of this page. If a change is material we will notify approved creators by email or in the Wolf Hub Notice Board. Continuing to use Wolf Hub after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
