Non-Disclosure Agreement

Version v1.1 — confidentiality is part of being in the pack.

By registering for The Lone Wolf Agency, you agree to keep all non-public agency information confidential.

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:

  • Internal announcements
  • Campaign opportunities
  • Agency strategies and processes
  • Creator information
  • Internal documents and resources
  • Wolf Hub content intended only for agency members
  • Discord discussions and private channels
  • Staff communications

You agree not to copy, screenshot, record, forward, publish, share, or disclose any confidential information to anyone outside The Lone Wolf Agency — including creators, managers, agencies or any third party — without our prior written permission.

You also agree not to use any confidential information for the benefit of another agency or competing organisation.

Return or destruction of confidential information

When your membership with The Lone Wolf Agency ends, you should delete or destroy any confidential information in your possession or control, unless we have authorised you to keep it or the law requires you to retain it. This does not apply to information that has become public through no fault of yours.

Breach of agreement

Failure to comply with this agreement may result in one or more of the following:

  • Immediate removal from The Lone Wolf Agency.
  • Removal of access to agency benefits, including Wolf Hub and Discord.
  • Disqualification from future agency opportunities.
  • Further action where appropriate if confidential information is unlawfully disclosed.

This confidentiality agreement remains in effect for two (2) years after your membership with The Lone Wolf Agency ends.

Governing law: this agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
